For wineries
Viva markets independent California wineries to business buyers — companies buying gifts, hosts planning events, trade buyers, and service clubs running fundraisers — and brings you their requests. You make every sale.
01 · You make every sale
Your wines, your prices, your acceptance, your invoice, your customer — and 100% of the payment, paid to you directly by the buyer.
02 · Viva is never in the money flow
Viva never holds a buyer's payment, never signs on your accounts, and never handles wine. What Viva charges is invoiced to you separately and paid from your own funds.
03 · No exclusivity, no minimum
Keep selling through every channel you already sell through. Thirty days' notice ends it, either way.

Tell us what you make, who already buys it by the case, and what a good month of business orders would look like for you. We will tell you plainly whether we think we can find those buyers, and what it costs. If it suits both of us, we send you an agreement to read and accept online — the commercial terms are settled before you are asked to accept anything.
Section 1.2 lists what the Acceptance Record holds: who the winery is, the license it sells under, and who is saying yes on its behalf. Fill those in, confirm you have read the agreement, and click I agree. That click is your signature (§13.9).
